An MDS I in Oral and Maxillo-Facial surgery and a topper from Nair Hospital Mumbai, Dr. Gulshan left the glamour of that world behind her when she began walking on the path of spiritual fulfillment and liberation in her life.

She is guided by various Masters, especially her Guru by heritage Guru Nanak Dev Ji. Masters Sai Baba and Meher Baba manifested in her life with the Grace of her Guru. With the guidance of the Masters she has devoted her life to the service of many who need help and healing in their life paths.

She started her community service programmes as a member of SSL (Social Service League) St Xaviers Collage Mumbai in 1970. Over several decades she has continuously served as a guidance counselor for several National and International Non-Profit Organizations and NGOs in various capacities for decades. She has conducted many seminars and workshops that cover a wide variety of topics such as Meditation, Stress Management, Anger Management, Personal Development, Transdermal Magnesium Therapy, Bach Flower Remedies and Tarot Therapy to name a few. She travels widely to deliver talks to create awareness on many subjects related to Self Development, Health and Healing.

Combining SCIENCE AND SPIRITUALITY with her medical and spiritual experiences, she helps people navigate through the seemingly complicated pathways of life, and towards the discovery of their real self, and the bliss of being in the divine flow. Her simple and effective methods create a joyful and extremely contagious energetic environment, that enable creativity and happiness in everyday life. Her practical guidance is based on her own experiences on the path, and her open heart and mind allow you to access all of the compassion and wisdom of the divine Masters.

 

It was during her forays into the world of spiritual wisdom that Meher Baba manifested in her life. Today, along with Sai Baba, Meher Baba’s words have become the divine thread that guide her life and work.

Through her simple life, she embodies the teachings of these Masters as she walks on the path laid down by them. Her ready smile, open heart, and joyful demeanor have become the guiding light for many in the community, as she gently leads us through the complications of life and to the simplicity of blissful wisdom.

She has sat and served 29 courses of Vipassana Meditation in various parts of India and Canada. She was the Founder President of Soroptimist International Club of Poona and has served the organisation in various capacities for decades.
